The room smelled like smoke, terribly. The hotel was dated. Staff was nice. And Memories was a good restaurant, but too expensive for the quality of food. Terrible internet access

The accommodations were clean and the staff very friendly. I appreciated that the hotel allowed pets, but found the general area around the hotel to be a little less than pet friendly as the only grass to be seen for blocks was a trash ridden strip by the road. The staff advised me there was a park nearby but I was unable to easily locate it. One of the detractions of traveling with pets is the necessary trip outside (generally early in the morning or right before bedtime) and I found the lack of pet ""rest"" area a bit stressful. Other than that, my stay was quite pleasant.
