I reserved and had a confirmed reservation for a Bungalow Double Guestroom.This was the specific room type that I requested because I had one adult child staying with us the first night (so the reservation stated 3 people) and possibly my other adult child the second night. When we arrived we were not given our room type but instead a room with 1 king bed. I specifically asked several times and was assured that I would be given this room type. On the confirmation letter I received it stated that they do not guarantee specific room numbers or room location. Nowhere does it say anything about not guaranteeing room type. They never gave us the room that I requested and I ended up sleeping with the two chairs pushed together. I would not stay here again because they truly don't care. They were hyper active worring about making sure the Spanish soccer players had their cars pulled out front and yelling at the staff when the players had to wait several minutes for their cars. Maybe they got my room instead..
