The staff was very nice. The place is in an average neighborhood but it feels safe enough with all interior rooms and the price was right. But I WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN because the walls are paper thin and we could hear everything the people in the adjoining room said (and did), the mattresses were of poor quality, and the room didn't feel very clean. Additionally the elevator in the building we were in (bldg.6) made terrible noises and didn't feel well maintained. Adding to that, the walls of the elevator were carpeted and made it feel dirty. The carpeting in the hallways also felt dirty. Best thing going for this place is it's close to the airport but so are a lot of other seemingly better hotels. I'll stay at one of them the next time I'm in San Jose.

The hotel is very nice. Friendly staff. Very clean rooms and comfortable bed. It's also nice that the rooms has patios. Highly recommended.

One must consider the fantastic price paid for my stay. Only complaint was a slight weird scent to the room. Possibly attributed to stuffiness. Comfortable & for the little time spent their it was perfect
