My husband and I paid for three nights. The first night we asked to be moved as the lady next to us left her two large dogs alone and they were on continious bark. The next night the children were still in the pool at 10:20 PM when the pool is supposed to close at 10PM! The first room smelled really bad too. There was no elevator to the 2nd floor and I wrenched my arm carrying suitcases up the steps.
My husband and I told everyone that we were staying at a dog kennel. The only positive note, the rooms were clean/ although very run down and cheap bedspreads. I think I smelled dog urine in the first room regardless of the cleaning soultions they overused. The maids did a good job of making up the room.
This hotel will never see us agin. The door handle on the first room only opens if you push the handle down. The door handle on the second room only opens up if you pull it up! You would think they would have told us that to begin with. My husband made several trips to the front desk and we were pretty upset about that. Overpriced for what they are giving you. Oh, yes, there were holes in walls where the art used to be over the bed.
