    Much better than the two star rating. ground floor requested with reservation but was not initially assigned, when pointed out was told not on reservation as promised but accommodated anyway. ...

    Much better than the two star rating. Ground floor requested with reservation but was not initially assigned, when pointed out was told NOT on reservation as promised but accommodated anyway. Desk clerk all business, not friendly at all Nice sized CLEAN room, NOT as described in another review. Nothing dirty or worn. Microwave and Refrigerator nice addition.
