This remote hotel/condo on Molochai was bprobably a real showplace once upon a time. It has some wear and tear but the lcoation transcends all else. Access is by ferry 1.5 hours from Lahaina. Book a rental car well in advance--there are few. We found the place although it is not well marked and we got there at night. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We ate at some local eateries in the small downtown and hit the coffee place. It was quiet and peaceful but very windy. Our room was 50' fromt he ocean so we could hear the waves always. Greta to relax on our veranda and read and watch the sun set. Nice pool.

very good value. It is a condo so services limited - no internet, phone, etc. but excellent location right next to beach. Cell phone reception spotty. Really enjoyed waking up in morning looking over ocean. Very quiet and restful.

Run down and not as described. we love seclusion, but this was unkept, overgrown, and without services, amentities. Only a few things were offered and we were overall disappointed. It has so much potential and surely it used to be gorgeous, but without the up-keep, it really failed.

I would not recommend these accomodations, nor stay there again. The scenery is beautiful,but the service is very poor, the beds hard as rocks, and the place is ill kempt, even that half that isn't shuttered and falling down. The manager at check in was positively surly, and it didn't get much better from there.
