Service at front desk was awful.we were supposed to have rooms side by side they gave it away. ended 4 floors up then they promised you the world free ...
service at front desk was awful.We were supposed to have rooms side by side they gave it away. Ended 4 floors up then they promised you the world free breakfast, free drinks we got nothing.
Then the printer on the 2nd floor runs out of ink they tell you go up to the 17th floor no problem right, they forgot to tell us that you need to take a special elevator with a key. I`m telling you can`t write this stuff. never again.

Old and rundown, this hotel is understaffed and poorly run. Paper thin walls, disgusting carpet, broken bathroom fixtures, horribly uncomfortable bed, and slow internet connection were only made worse by the front office staff who were annoyed any time I talked to them.
