My first time at this hotel although not my first in Baltimore. Hotel is very attractive, comfortable and located very close to everything. Staff was very pleasant and helpful (with the exception of the ""Business Center"" attendant). Nice touches ranged from the flowers in the lobby to the first-class toiletries in the bath, Would definitely stay here again.

I was pleased with the location. Walking distance to many Harbor attractions and easy parking in a garage. I've stayed at a few hotels in Inner Harbor and have chosen to stay here more than once.

My husband and I did a weekend Orioles adventure. I couldn't have picked a better hotel. Staff was friendly. The location was right off the MARC transit. $1.60 to Camden Yards from BWI. Rooms were clean. The walls are not thick and you will hear room noise from next door.

We were pleasantly surprised that the rooms were so clean. Very comfortable beds. nicest feature was the close location to inner harbor, not quite two blocks. We would definetly stay at Sheraton on our next visit.
