When we got there the employees were very helpful to make sure our accommodations for our wedding were taken care of but then the media service they had were having issues so I did not get to enjoy wifi or cable tv when I wanted. We had made complains to the front desk and they sent a tech person to the room every time but was a problem with the carrier so we asked to be compensated appropriately and they did so to satisfactory. I was not disappointed with the hotel but not very impressed either.
The hotel staff were very accommodating and pleasant.

The business center staff and bell staff were very accommodating with my extremely heavy luggage and items that were shipped to and from the hotel. I ordered room service one morning and my eggs were incorrect, but after a phone call I quickly received an entirely new breakfast.

My husband and I booked this trip for our 30th wedding anniversary. We were overall very pleased with our stay. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.
As an added convenience, Hertz has a car rental agent on-site (limited selection).
The hotel does charge a resort fee of $9 per day, which includes the usual amenities (pool, gym, wifi, and use of the business center). What surprised me was that the wifi included is SLOW... to get a fast internet connection would have cost an additional $8 per day on top of the resort fee. (We opted to stick with the slow wifi.)
