OK hotel, convenient location, pool was wonderful, although very little shade available for the 90 degree sunny days. Never any towels for the pool. Promised each day by the front desk clerk some would be delivered but never showed up. Found a dirty sock under the dresser on our 3rd day when looking for a shoe, along with dirty, dusty carpet. Not very thorough cleaning in bedroom but bathroom sparkeled.
The hotel is older and it was noticeable in the bathroom fixtures. the bed was comfortable and overall the room was fine. i just do not prefer hotels with doors ...
The hotel is older and it was noticeable in the bathroom fixtures. The bed was comfortable and overall the room was fine. I just do not prefer hotels with doors to the outside (what I would consider a "motel"). We did not realize it was this type when we rented the room. The staff was nice and really have no complaints, it just is not a place we would stay again

The hotel room I stayed in is very nice, service is even better!
My friends and I were building crafts in the room for an event that was around the area, and there was a LOT of mess on the floor. I left a note on the table with directions on how to clean the mess, and that I will leave a tip. The mess was cleaned and put back well, and they didn't even take the tip. I was just very very pleased with the service.
To add, the mall is just next to it, very nice! Security for the hotel is good too, checking on everyone, in case there are hoodlums in the area.
