Hotel is in a beautiful area however they did not have hot water at all during my stay. We were offered showers at Health Club but no other compensation was offered.

If you don't want to shell out for the expense of the four seasons, but still desire a high level of service and attention to detail, this hotel is for you. The room was extremely spacious with a great view. The staff were all highly professional. Location is extremely close to the power plant area--within walking distance. Nice spacious bathroom too.

We really enjoyed our stay here. This hotel is very convenient to the Water Taxi stand. The room was very nice. Bed was comfortable and duvet was cozy. The only problem we had at all was the breakfast buffet. Maybe it was because we came down towards the end but a lot of the fruit was empty and the "fresh made" waffle was cold. Also the only syrup left both mornings was sugar free. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

The hotel was nice and clean and it was well located between Fells Point and the inner harbor. The inner harbor aside from the Aquarium is a shopping mall so go to fells point. The hotel is perfectly situated. The James Joyce pub across the street is nice and there is a whole foods a block away. My only issue with the hotel which isn't a big one, is that the pool is only open until 6pm on weekends. So if you travel with kids who want to use the pool make sure you don't plan on swimming after 6pm. The pool and the gym are amazing.
