    They had a network systems malfunction during my stay & double booked my room. Returned to my room only to find my key card didnt work, the new guests in the room opened & wondered what was going on. We all went to to front desks to sort it out but, the hotel customer service was horrible. Decent hotel off the strip... but, bad customer service.

    Aliante Station is a wonderful property. The private pool and bar area was very nice. It is not located near the "strip", but is a good location for a get-away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of LV. It is located in North Las Vegas in a suburban setting. We were there to visit family, so the location was perfect and the price was right.
