Sasha's House is a lakefront home located in the new Sunset Lakes community in Kissimmee, Florida. Only five miles from Disney World and convenient to all the Orlando area attractions, Sunset Lakes is a gated community which offers a relaxing environment and includes a community pool, paddle boats on the lake and a toddlers' play area.

Professionally decorated in Florida colors, the house has nearly 1800 square feet and includes a heated screen-enclosed lakefront pool having a southern exposure. Sasha's House is locally managed by one of the area's leading management companies and is fully licensed for short term rentals.

Sasha's House includes 4 bedrooms and 2 baths and sleeps as many as 10. The master bedroom overlooks the lake and has a king size bed and a private sliding glass door which leads to the pool area. Two of the bedrooms have two single beds earch, while the fourth bedroom inlcudes a full (double) bed. The family room also has a queen size sleeper sofa. Linens and towels are provided.
Amenities
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a microwave and dishwasher. A laundry room includes a full size washer and dryer. The family room includes cable TV and VCR, and a triple pane sliding glass door leads to the pool area and overlooks the lake. A telephone with free local calls is also provided. A cable TV is also provided in the master bedroom. The house includes a 2 car garage.
