The B&B is locate mid-cape cod in the Historic section of South Dennis on a local bike path and only 1/2 mile from the 22+ mile Cape Cod Rail Bike Trail. You can walk to Indian lands trail or conservation land along the Bass River. The Cape Playhouse, the oldest summer theater in the country, is just seven miles from the Inn. Just 2 miles from the B&B is the world class, West Dennis Beach which stretches for a mile along the warm waters of Nantucket Sound. Other area attractions within a 10 mile radius of the B&B are championship public golf courses (1 to 5 miles), bayside and lake beaches (5 to 7 miles), paddleboats along Swan River (1 1/2 mile), ferry service to the islands (7 to 10 miles), craft and antique shops (1 to 10 miles, fishing (1/2 mile to 10 miles)and numerous restaurants (3/4 to 10 miles). The National Seashore is just a 20 to 25 minute ride.

Delightful Victorian Sea Captain's home located on a bike path in Historic section of Dennis. Comfortable front porch is lined with white wicker rockers. Four guest bedrooms and one suite are decorated in period four-poster or white iron queen beds and oriental or hand-woven rugs. Four rooms offer private baths and the two room suite has its own hall bath. Cozy terry robes, air-conditioning and TV/VCR combo's are available in all rooms. The fireplace living room is comforatable yet lovely and has a cable TV, VCR and stained glass windows. The dining room is also fireplaced and has parqueted flooring and a stained glass window panes. Popular board games and complimentary bikes are available for guests used. A full breakfast is served every morning with homemade muffins, fresh fruit and a hot entree. Smoking is restricted to the front porch.

Elizabeth Room has a white iron queen bed. A white whicher rocking chair and table graces the room. The color scheme is yellow and blue. The bath is private with tub and shower located 15 feet down the hall. Very private room has nice view of Old Main Street. $95.00

Bridal Room has an elegant, queen size, rice carved, four poster bed. A wing chair graces one corner. There is a cherry pedestal table and a large cherry dresser. Floor has beautiful oriental and hood rugs. The private attached bath has a shower. All windows have stained glass panels and a nice view of Old Main Street. $127.00

Hope Room is large and has a white iron queen bed and a white iron day bed. It sleeps three comfortably. There is also a rose tub chair with small maroon side table and a white wicker dresser. This room can be reserved as a private bath off-season and, when available, mid-week in-season. Otherwise it is a suite that shares its bath which has as shower and is located across the hall about 8 feet away. $115.00 as a private.

Susan Room has a double mahogany pineapple poster bed. It has a smqall white iron table and chair set. The bath is directly across the hall and has a shower. (Reserved as a suite only with the Hope Room - the rate per nite for 4 people is $160.00)

Superior Room has a formal, four poster, shaker style, queen bed in cherry wood with matching dresser. There is a channel back chair with a small table for your leisure. Bedding and curtains are victorian lace in an off-white color. The bath is private and attached with shower. $119.00

Captain's Room has a brass, queeen bed and twin bed. There is a white wicker dresser and cherry chair in the room. Bedding is floral quilt with antique lace. Located off the living room and on the first fllor it's bath is private and attached with shower. $125.00

The B&B offers complimentary bikes for its guests use. All rooms have cozy terry robes, air-conditioning, TV/VCR combo's and clock-radio's. A small play area is located in the back yard of the B&B for guests with children.

Breakfast served to your room in the morning upon request the night before.

Smoking is limited to the front porch of the Inn. We regret we cannot accommodate pets. Brewster, a Brittany Spaniel, and Ginger, a minature Poodle, are the Inn's dogs and are here for your enjoyment. Well behaved children of all ages are welcome. Because of close proximity of rooms, children who cannot be quiet between the hours of 8:30 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. cannot be accommodated.

For stays of 4 days or longer a 50% deposit is due at time of reservation. Cancellation Policy: Refunds less a $15 service charge are given on cancellations made 14 days prior to arrival. Otherwise, refunds are made only if we are able to re-book the rooms reserved.

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Later or earlier arrivals by special arrangement.

From New York and West: Take Route 195 or Route 495 to Route 25 across the Bourne Bridge. Take last Exit off Rotary and follow to Rte. 6 East. At traffic light turn Right and follow Rte. 6 East to Exit 9. See Directions Below.

From Boston & North: Take Route 3 South to Sagamore Rotary. Exit Rotary at Sagamore Bridge and cross the Bridge. This puts you directly on Route 6 East. Follow Rte. 6 East to Exit 9. *Take a right off ramp onto Rte. 134. At third set of lights take a right onto Upper County Rd. At 4-way stop take a left onto Main Street. The B&B is about 1/4 mile up the street on your Right.
