The Schandua Suite

Fredericksburg is in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. The Suite is located upstairs in the Recorded Texas Historic Landmark Schandua Building in downtown Fredericksburg. It is spacious (approximately 1340 square feet) and consists of two large rooms plus a private bath, dressing area, and walk-in closet. The decor is up-scale and sophisticated. Ceilings are 12 feet high, with crown moulding. Guests have a private balcony which overlooks a roof-top cactus garden and a private courtyard below.

The Suite has a king-sized bed with luxurious linens. The adjoining library has a complete pullman kitchen and a full collection of reading materials. Guests enjoy complete privacy. Furnishings include numerous family heirlooms.

Remote control color TVs in bedroom and library, private telephone line, central air and heat exclusively for the Suite, sky-light in dressing area, Handmade chocolates, gourmet restaurants and world-class shopping within walking distance.

Complimentary hors d'oeuvres upon arrival, Continental Plus breakfast consisting of German pastries from the bakery across the street, fresh juices, a variety of cereals, specialty coffee, and fresh fruit. Plush cotton robes for guests. Fresh flowers in each room.

Main Street in Fredericksburg is Highway 290. From Main Street turn south on Llano Street. Go 1/2 block. On the left is Pasta Bella Restaurant. Just past that building is the Schandua Suite driveway on the left. Turn into that driveway and park in the marked space. Go into the garage to the left and ring the buzzer to the right of the door.
