New Seabury Sunny Patio Home

Situated in the New Seabury resort community. It is under 2 miles from beautiful South Cape Beach with a view of Martha's Vineyard, and with access to other beaches in nearby areas. Golf packages, Tennis Courts and Cabana Pool Club packages are also available. Mashpee National Wildlife Preserve is nearby, as are walking trails, restaurants and quaint shoppes.

The home is located on a fenced in property, across the street from the New Seabury golf course. It has a nice brick patio on the side, with a full range of patio furniture and grill supplies. It has a large living room, complete with plush, oversized furniture, a full dining room, three bedrooms and two full baths. There is a well-supplied galley kitchen, with a view through a bar area into the living room.

The master bedroom is situated in the back of the house, with a master bath attached. It has an oversized closet. The "kids" room has two trundle beds, for a total of four new, comfortable twin mattresses. It also has an oversized closet. The front bedroom is somewhat smaller than the master, and has a double bed and a small closet. All of the bedrooms have bureaus and lamps. The dining room has a glass-top wooden table, which comfortably seats six. There is an oversized, library "buffet" table under a row of windows looking out to the side yard. The living room has a sofa, swivel chair and an oversized chair with an ottoman.

There are two cable TVs, one in the living room and the other in the master bedroom. There is a washer and dryer, central air conditioning and a propane grill. Some other amenities include a
dishwasher, telephone, microwave oven, toaster, coffeemaker, dishes/utensils and a VCR.
