Rowell's Inn is listed on the National Historic Register and was built in 1820 as a stagecoach stop. It has 6 individually decorated rooms with period and country decor and all have private baths. You'll be as comfortable here as in your own home.
The inn is located in a central area to many small villages, ski areas and outdoor recreation spots. Whether your looking for skiing, summer theater, hiking or just general sightseeing, it can all be attained within a short drive from Rowell's Inn.
The inn has several common areas to leisurely spend your time. The front parlor and it's fireplace and shelves of books offers a peaceful retreat for conversation or spending quiet time reading one of the many novels. The sun room, also with a crackling fire, allows for room to play games, have friendly conversation and meet new friends. There is also the pub where you can partake in a glass of wine or an evening cocktail.
The inn offers quiet evenings away from phones, televisions, ( although, one is located in the pub) and the hustle of the busy day. Here is the place for a romantic getaway with someone special or conversation with old or new found friends.
