Notice the tranquil, restful feeling you experience the minute you drive into the guest driveway at The Casson House B&B.As you walk through the interesting arbour you view lovely gardens where a variety of birds feed from various feeders and shrubs. The large covered patio welcomes you as you pass through French doors into the beautifully appointed guest lounge. The unique streamstone and driftwood fireplace sets the mood for all the conveniences that are available to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible.The kitchenette is fully equipped,so you may relax with a cup of tea after a weary day of travel.An important feature also is the level entry making navigation easier for those of us finding stairs difficult.Enjoy a lovely hot tub overlooking the gardens by day or under the constellations at night.Sitting around the outdoor fireplace makes for great conversations about the days exciting adventures.

The guest rooms feature king or queen sized beds and each has its own full 4 piece private ensuite bathroom. The Starfish Room(king size bed) is very large and when groups of friends or family are traveling together, additional sleeping arrangements may be made for this room.Full views of the gardens are enjoyed here. The Sand Dollar room has a queen sized bed and a large full 4 piece private ensuite bathroom also. The birds put on a show for you as they search for food amongst the flowers and shrubs. This room is wheel chair friendly,ie:grab bar by toilet,shower chair avialable if requested at time of booking.

There are restaurants to suit anyones taste.The restaurants in Courtenay and Comox live up to their reputation of being the best, with a tremendous selection of fine cuisine.Some even may boast being in the top 6 for all of BC.!There are many quaint coffee shops,each one offering something unique.We are quickly becoming recognized for a huge variety of wellness centers ie:Spas a plenty, each one has a special technique guaranteed to make one feel new and refreshed. The Aquatic Center boasts a pool,wave pool and 2 waterslides. Crown Isle golf is a gem amongst our midst and we are proud to have such a first class presence in our Valley. The Casson House Bed and Breakfast is a smoke and pet free environment indoors. We have 5 acres where guests may enjoy a smoke or under the covered patio as well. Pets traveling with guests are more than welcome if you can see to their comfort on the huge covered patio and they are allowed to roam the 5 acres to get their exercise as well.
