Fredericksburg is located in the Central Texas Hill Country region. The town was started by German Settlers in the 1830's and that European flavor still exists along with the pioneer spirit. Come and visit the LBJ State and National Park and the LBJ ranch, Enchanted Rock Park, The Wild Seed Farm, The Bat Tunnel, our lovely golf course at Lady Bird Johnson Park, the Nimitz Museum, the Pioneer Museum and many other attractions. The wildflowers create a Persion carpet in the fields in the countryside nearby. There are several drives to take and see the Bluebonnets when in season.
