Located just 5 minutes from busy Downtown Camden close to town by yet set in a secluded private oceanfront setting. Nearby for your convenience are reatuarants, shopping, sailing, MV cruises, hiking, canoeing, biking, mountain trails, swimming, museum, art galleries and much more. There are also seasonal activities such as sking both down hill and cross country, skating and a superb toboggan slide.
Accommodations
The moment you leave Route 1 and wend your way down through the inn's seven acres of gardens, lawns, and woods, you will feel surrounded by serenity. When you step through the front door, you'll want to pause, just for a moment, to take in the sweeping view of the ocean just beyond the atrium windows. And then allow us to welcome you into an atmosphere of comfortable elegance. It will enfold you as long as you stay with us. The Inn at Ocean's Edge offers you three charming common rooms which over look the ocean, all with warmly glowing fireplaces. There's also a well equipped exercise room, plus a garden patio and balcony beckoning to you to come out and feel the soft salt air. Beyond, the gently slopping lawns lead you down to the ocean's edge which is only a few steps away, inviting you to take a stroll or simply linger in the peacefulness.
Rooms/Suites
Your spacious private guest chamber is a romantic blend of style and luxury. All rooms are appointed with king sized 4 poster bed, wing back chairs, fireplaces, jaccuzi for two, complimentary chocolates, lovely linens and Egyptian cotton robes and more. Your private bath includes a walk in tile shower, blow dryer and a nice selection of lovely soaps and lotions. Your guest room is also appointed with cable TV, VCR, telephone, stereo music and individually controlled air-conditioning and heat. And always, there are those breathtaking views of the sail-dotted water and rugged spruce-topped islands just outside your window.

We have a conference room for your business needs with private entrance and rest rooms. On our garden level we have a well stocked excersize room with TV and stereo music.
Services Offered
A delectable breakfast is included in your tariff. Served in the sunny dining room overlooking the sea, it changes daily but always features the inn's signature specialties. Imagine beginning the day with Ghirardelli chocolate Belgian waffles with strawberries and fresh whipped cream, fresh-baked banana-nut bread, blueberry muffins and apple crisp - all made from scratch.
Policies & Restrictions
The Inn at Ocean's Edge is a non smoking property and cannot accomodate pets of any kind. Children fourteen (14) years and older are welcome.
Should you find it necessary to cancel, we wold appreciate at least 14 days notice. If you cancel less that 14 days prior to your reservation date and we are unable to rent the room reserved for you, the room charge will be billed to your credit card. Early departure is treated the same as a cancellation. There is a $25.00 bookkeeping fee for any cancellation.
Map & Directions
Take Route 95 North to exit 9, you will no longer be on the Maine Turnpike but you will still be on Rte 95 heading towards Coastal Route 1 Brunswick exit 22. In Brunswick take Route 1 North. After the town of Waldoboro make a left turn onto Route 90 (you till be in the town of Warren) Go 10-15 minutes and then left onto Route 1 North again. Soon you will be in downtown Camden. Continue North on Route 1 and approximately 3 miles North of the entrance to Camden Hills State Park you will see our sign on your right. We are about 5 miles North of downtown Camden and about 1 mile South of Lincolnville Beach.
