The Counting Sheep Inn

The Fraser valley is one hour from the hustle and bustle of city of Vancouver and yet in the quiet countryside, Visit Westminster Abbey, Heritage Park and Theatre, Eagle Festival and Air Show and many other events. Fishing, horseback riding, skiing, swimming, biking, bird watching, sky diving antique stores and much more offered in this lovely area.

Working sheep farm and country home on 6 acres of fields and gardens. Gift shop, barn and henhouse. Three suites separate from the host's residence all have private bath, fireplaces and gardens. Only the most elegant of furnishings used throughout the home. One suite suitable for pets and children. One suite has kitchenette, another has jacuzzi.

All three suites distinctively different. The Empress suite is romantic with its queen canopy bed and fireplace. This suite has a private bath with jacuzzi tub for two which looks out over the fields. It has a private deck where you can sip champagne or coffee and watch the sheep return from the fields.
The Carriage suite has a kitchenette, bathroom, fireplace and queen pine panel bed and couch that makes into an additional bed. French doors lead out to the garden. The Garden suite has King or twin beds in green velvet .This suuite features an oak bookcase with leather books, sitting area by the fire and eating area and large deck off sliding glass doors that steps down to grass and apple tree which is all private. Ensuite bath. All suites are separate from the owner's living quarters and breakfast is served in the suite.

Dinners are prepared at the Inn with advance notice as is picnic lunches. Computer and fax machines available. Television and VCRs.

Aromatherapy massage and other beauty needs available.

Smoking is allowed in garden or on deck. Pets are allowed with advance notice and acceptance as we have animals on the property.

Horse Boarding, dog boarding. Gift and wool shop on property and Spinning and Knitting classes can be arranged with prior notice. Visit the farm on Shearing Day, you are in for a treat or plan to stay in the Spring and you may be lucky and see our lambs being born. Collect eggs from the henhouse for your breakfast or help with the farm chores.
