Black Sheep Touring Company offers small, personalized, flexible tours throughout New Zealand. Our tours combine the best New Zealand has to offer: stunning scenery, wildlife encounters, hiking and walking, and many adventures. Our Experience New Zealand tour will give you the opportunity to kayak, hike, sail in a tall ship, swim with seals, whale watch, hike on a glacier, descend into a volcanic crater, taste the local wines, and spend the night on a local sheep farm! You can reflect on all of this fun later at night while enjoying fine off the menu dining and sampling the local wines. Finally, enjoy a restful night at many of the great cozy lodges and B&B's we stay at.
With a group size of twelve or less we focus on highly personalized service. We are small enough to interact with the environment, not just observe it from the window of a bus. We've been touring New Zealand for seven years. Take the opportunity to contact us and talk to some of the many people who have experienced New Zealand with us.

A typical day is started with a cooked or continental breakfast. After this we participate in some of the many adventures we offer. Always there are options to ensure that even though you are on tour, your personal needs can be met. The day is generally concluded with a great dining experience at a local restaurant, and a stay at one of the many character-filled lodges we use.

Accommodation is at a variety of lodges, B&B's, and hotels. We always strive to pick accommodations of the highest quality, but which also reflect the local character of the region we are staying in.

Dinners are of the finest quality. We dine a la carte at great restaurants, and serve complementary New Zealand wine at dinner times.

Lunches are generally picnics enjoyed 'on location'.

Breakfasts are either cooked or continental, enjoyed at our accommodations.
