New for 2000/2001
World-renowned skiing and riding, legendary powder snow, breathtaking views, unforgettable terrain, one of the friendliest staffs in the industry, and the greatest ski town in North America!! See why Park City Mountain Resort is the heart of the Park City ski experience and the world's choice for 2002 Olympic alpine giant slalom and all snowboarding events. It's not too late to reserve a spot here at the center of the action. More than $35 million in improvements have transformed the ski area into a world-class resort, combining the original character with state-of-the-art technology: more six-passenger, high-speed lifts than any other resort in the U.S.; snowmaking from nearly corner to corner; and grooming that locals boast about. For the 2000-2001 season, we proudly unveil the Legacy Lodge, setting a new standard for base area facilities. And...don't forget to check out our live web cam!!! We have also upgraded for Core Sports! With two halfpipes, two terrain parks and launch points, and a MountainCross(tm) course. You don't have to play nice with the other kids. Now more than ever you can break out and work the mountain on your own terms. If you want to shred terrain where others only observe on the trail map. You want to face off with the mountain and test your tolerance for excess. You want joint-punishing terrain, epic walls and borderline oblivion. Traverse the ridge, choose a particularly hairy section of cornice, and drop into ecstasy. If that's your line, we've got some of the best terrain in the rocky mountains. Whether you're ready for a new challenge or ready for a first attempt, we've got two great halfpipes. The massive new Superpipe for more speed and huge air, and our smaller, traditional halfpipe off the Payday lift.

When you come to Park City, you've come to another world, and an atmosphere as lively and unique as the men and women who built it. When you come, explore the town and discover this spirit for yourself.
