Poets' Corner Hostel is a small, homelike hostel right in the historic centre of Olomouc.
The shared dorm rooms are all big and colourful and we believe them to be the best value accomodation in Olomouc. The private rooms have comforable double beds and can be set up as twins, doubles, triples or quads (let us know if your first choice is not available here).
Regular Ice Hockey games are on just a few minutes walk from the hostel. 60Kc for two action packed hours to see Olomouc play - a leading team in the competition. Home games are on January 5, 14, 19 and 26th, and February 6, 13 and 18th - then come the playoffs!
Cheap skiing and snowboarding are within easy reach of Olomouc.
As well as all that, Olomouc is a richly historic and beautiful city with grand architecture, excellent museums and impressive monuments. There are great cafes, teahouses, restaurants and microbreweries to help keep the cold at bay and with the biggest university student population per capita in the Czech Republic, there are lots of cool bars and clubs to party at too.
