To cancel a confirmed reservation should be 28 days before the arrival.
Cancellations after 28 days, will be charged 25% of the total stay (as per booking)
Cancellations after 21 days, will be charged 50% of the total stay (as per booking)
Cancellations after 14 days, will be charged 75% of the total stay (as per booking)
Cancellations after 7 days, No shows & early departures will be charged 100% of the total stay (as per booking)
Coming from Colombo take the left turn on a steep climb (Pushpadana Mawatha) at the Junction of the Kandy Police Station, until you come to a round about. Take the right turn and the hotel is to the right about 100 yards from here.
