Apt. CENTRIC STAY is a nicely refurbished, 'shared apartment' that offers 5 private rooms, modern facilities, and the best central location in Barcelona.
This 200 m2, (2000 sq.ft.) apartment has been refurbished with travelers like you in mind. The apartment is very spacious and bright and this gives a very clean and comfortable atmosphere. Each private room is equipped with single and or double beds, bed linens, towels, pillows, closet, fan, and secure locking doors. Also each room has large windows which provide lots of natural light and fresh air. Outside your private room the facilities are shared. We offer a large kitchen area that is fully equipped with, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, and all cooking and eating utensils. There is also a small common area with dinning table and chairs. With travelers comfort in mind, we designed the showers and toilets facilities into 4 separate rooms. Offering 2 modern showers rooms and 2 separate toilet rooms. This means more privacy and less waiting!. With new and fresh surroundings will give you a fresh sensations while in the apartment.

The location of Apt. CENTRIC STAY is second to none. We are located in the city center on Via Laietana which is the main street to move through Barcelona's center and also the main way to the Beach. The apartment is walking distance to many of Barcelona's attractions such as: La Rambla, Picasso Museum, Palua de la Musica, Placa Catalunya, The Borne, City Park, Arc de Triumph, and Barceloneta Beach. And if you prefer to use public transportation there are metro and bus station with in 4 minutes walk. And a taxi can be taken just in front of the apartment at any time of day or night. Via Laietana is very large touristic street that is very bright and lit up at night. This makes if very safe and comforting when entering and leaving the apartment.

NO RECEPTION AREA!!! (The management office hours are EVERYDAY from 9 am to 21 pm. It is mandatory that you CALL US when you arrive in Barcelona, and BEFORE you arrive to the apartment to receive your EXACT CHECK IN TIME.)
FREE CHECK IN: 12:00 pm to 21 pm
LATE CHECK IN CHARGES:
25 euros (21:01 pm to 23:00 pm)
50 euros (23:01 pm to 1:00 am)
75 euros (1:01 am to 11:59 pm)
CHECK OUT: 11 am
NO LUGGAGE STORAGE: (If you are leaving Barcelona after the 11 am check out time, luggage can be stored in the SANTS train station or the NORD bus station.)
CASH ON ARRIVAL: (The remaining balance is due on arrival in CASH EUROS ONLY! Other currencies, credit cards, or checks not accepted.)
48 HRS. CANCELLATION POLICY: (Please note that cancellations must be done by email a minimum of 48hrs prior to arrival date. otherwise you will be charged the first night accommodation.)
GROUP POLICY: (We do not accept reservations for groups of more than 5 people. Please understand if your group is 5 people that you may be required to leave a 100% refundable security deposit.)
To reach the Pension San Ramon from the airport you can take the train (runs every 30 minutes) to the 'Sants' train station (Sants Estació).
From there take the Metro line-3 (green line) to Liceu stop (The Ramblas) take the exit to the Liceu Theatre, walk 50 meters down the ramblas and take the 1st street to the right (Carrer de la Unió), walk 100 m and take the street to the left (Carrer de Sant Ramón). There we are, at number 15.
At nighttime you can take nightbus N17 to Plaça Catalunya and walk down the Ramblas until you reach the Liceu Theatre and then follow the same directions as before.
