Children 18 years and under are free sharing with parents in same room with existing bedding . No portable beach chairs or fold up chaise lounges permitted . Only food and beverage sold by the resort are allowed in our dining areas, on our beaches or by our pool areas . Sorry, coolers containing any food and beverage are not permitted in our dining areas, on our beaches or by our pool areas . $15 . 00/day charge (registered guests only) to launch your boat from our boat ramp and we do have designated parking for boat trailers . Sorry no pets . Resort fee of $25 includes access to non-motorized water sports (paddle boards, paddle boats, kayaks, trampoline), bicycles and Wi-Fi . Please note all rooms are be NON SMOKING .
