Smoking in a non-smoking room will incur a clean-up fee of $200 . 00 each time smoking is detected in the room . Smoking will only be allowed outside in our patio and courtyard areas and in May Baily's Bar . All guests are required to be at least 21 years of age to register for a room . As we check ID's any one younger than 21 years of age will not be allowed to check in . Parking charge is $36 plus 12% sales tax per day . Oversized vehicles will be charged $39 per day plus 12% sales tax on top of the prevailing valet parking daily rate . Parking rates are subject to change without notice and special valet parking rates apply during special events . We advise calling the front desk thirty minutes in advance to allow ample time for our valet to retrieve the guest's vehicle .
