Welcome to Cozy Hollow Lodge . Cozy Hollow Lodge is nestled among the majestic pines of Big Bear Lake just around the corner from Big Bear's Village with shops and restaurants . While we are conveniently located on the main road through town, our Lodge and rustic cabins are set back amongst the tall pines and backed by a small creek . At the heart of the property is a BBQ/picnic area as well as a seasonal outdoor spa . Limited office hours . No late ckeck-ins after 8:00 pm PST for 1 night stays . Upon check-in a security deposit is required of $100-$500 in the form of a credit card authorization . All of our Cains and Lodge are Non- Smoking No Pets are Allowed on Property or into Cabins/Rooms . Note: Cancellations or changes made within 14 days prior to 12:01 AM local hotel time on the day of arrival are subject to a charge . Cancellations or changes made after 12:01AM locall hotel time on the day of arrival are subject to a 100% charge . We are sorry, but refunds are not available for early check-out . The hotel is not authorized to make exceptions to this policy .
