Sterling Spring Break Policy - Age requirement is 25 years of age . IDs will be checked at the time of check in and will be strictly enforced . If we find that guest are not 25 years old then they will forfeit their reservation and no money will be refunded . If the guest cancels, downgrades, shortens or is under the age of 25 and they are inside of 30 days of arrivals they forfeit their full reservation and no refunds will be given . There is an 8 percent plus tax Reservation Fee collected at booking . There is also a non-refundable USD 45 . 00 Limited Damage Waiver collected at booking . Please note that the resort will be undergoing construction until March 15, 2015 . The pool at the East tower will be closed during construction . The resort will be replacing all of the balcony railings and painting the outside of the buildings .
