swissSTAR opened its door in April 2006 after a complete (14 months) renovation. Operated as a Bed & Breakfast, its Swiss management will make sure you feel comfortable and safe. All rooms have independent heating and hot water supply and are equipped with mini-safe and a fridge. Most rooms come with ensuite bathrooms (with towel heaters and heated floor). Broadband internet access is available via WLan in all rooms - free of charge.

The B&B is located on the 1. upper floor of a 19th century building, 200m from metrostation 'Sennaya Ploshad'. The building is located on the corner of Ulitsa Efimova and Fontanka Nabereshnaya.
Taking the Metro:
When leaving the metro station 'Ploshad Sennaya' walk down 200m on Ulitsa Efimova. When reaching the Fontanka river, turn 10m to the right. The entrance to the B&B is right below the house number (93). swissSTAR is located on the first upper floor.
