This is a beautiful picturesque area, with many rivers, lakes, hills, Croagh Patrick and the Atlantic ocean is within 10 min drive. The area is renowned for its fishing, walking, golfing and numerous other activities. Shopping with variety is readily available in Westport & Castlebar.

Travelling from CastlebarFollow the signs for Westport out of Castlebar on the N5, for approx. 8km towards Westport. Turn right at the sign for Islandeady Church. Continue on this road for one 1km, The Garden Gates is 100m past the church on the left hand side and is clearly signposted.
