VILLA MRĐEN is situated in the beautiful part of Dubrovnik with the marvellous view at the part of Elafite islands, the bridge 'Dr. Franjo Tudman', the port of Gruz and hill Srd.
It is a new built house which will give you a comfort and everything you need during your vacation in Dubrovnik.
We offer you:
- 1 luxury apartment for 7 persons (130 m2) with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, spacious living room with dining room and fully equipped kitchen (dishes, cutlery, microwave oven, dish washer, fridge, kitchener, oven, coffeemaker, toaster)... Apartment has air condition in livin room and in each bedroom, TV SAT, washing machine for clothes, free internet access...
-3 apartments (30 m2 each) with bedroom, dinning room, kitchen, bathroom, SAT, TV, aircondition)
-1 apartment (42 m2) with 2 bedrooms, dinning room, kitchen, bathroom, SAT, TV, aircondition)

The house is located in the quiet part of the city but still close enough to beaches and all atractive tourist locations.
Many beautiful walking areas can be found near apartments. There are many beautiful beaches around the apartments and one of the biggest and the most beautiful sandy beach in Dubrovnik, Copacabana, is just 500m from the house..On Copacabana you have many facilities (like diving club).
If you would like to enjoy some activities such as bicycling, tennis, volleyball, badminton, mini golf, diving, & water skiing, you can find all of that in the tourist centre Babin kuk which is less than 200m from the apartments.
You can also easily get to the most beautiful part of Dubrovnik; the Old Town..
The distance is approximately 2 km, so you can go on foot (20-25 min), or by car (10 min). The bus stop to the Old city ( bus Nr. 6) is approximately 20 meters away from the apartments.
Supermarkets, bank, post office, cafe bars, restaurants, souvenir shops, pizzerias, hairdresser, rent a car, pharmacy and other useful tourist services you might need are also close to our apartments, all in the walking distance of 200-300 m.
