Strandsend House is situated about 3 minutes' drive from Cahersiveen. As well as the Ring of Kerry, we're adjacent to the Kerry Way trail. As we're one of the closest B&Bs to the trail, we have great rapport with walkers. Fishermen also find Strandsend House an ideal location for fishing as we are near the Ferta and there are great opportunities for fishermen in the area. We have great storage for fishing tackle and fishermen's gear. We offer walkers (or anyone without a car) free transport into town.
We have a choice of accommodation, with one room which can accommodate five people. Another room can accommodate three or four, plus we have two double rooms. We offer tea/coffee on arrival as well as some home-made cake. Guests can enjoy our lovely gardens, and if they wish they can bring back their own food and eat on our patio or in our dining room.
Your host Eamonn has an intimate knowledge of the area and a love of hospitality and always goes the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. Our guests are paramount and every support is given to help them explore the area. Here you can wake up to the sound of singing birds as Eamonn loves to feed them in the morning.
