Ocean Breeze Inn is located around 2 - 3 minutes walk from the famous White Beach, Boracay. (Station 3 area)
It`s a family managed, budget Inn ( Guest House Style ) with very affordable rates for short or longtime stay.
We offer a Guesthouse (all rooms have air condition) or Nipa Hut Cottages with venitlator.
Above room type 3 Bed Private Ensuite is groundfloor upper right area of our Guesthouse with Sleeping Room (suitable for 3 guests) with Air Condition, Living room, hot water Shower/WC, verandah.
Double Bed Private Ensuite is groundfloor of our Guesthouse with Double Bed (suitable for 2 guests), Double Deck bed (suitable for 2 guests) and Air Condition, hot water Shower/WC or Double Bed / 2 x single Bed room with air condition and private bath in 1st floor of our guesthouse (+ 100 Peso).
Twin Private Ensuite are our Nipa Hut cottages with ventilator. Details below !
Cottages have 1 Queen size Bed, Shower / WC, Sat / Cable TV, Radio, orbit fan, (no air -con) balcony and optional broadband internet access.
We have centralized cooking facilities for our guests with refrigerator and all important kitchen utlities.
The Guesthouse has 2 floors for rent. Groundfloor has 1 room, Double Bed, Air Condition, TV, radio, internet access (per request), and bath room with hot water shower. Groundfloor has an additional room with Double Deck bed, Air Condition, TV, radio and bath room with hot water shower / WC.
Groundfloor upper right has a sleeping room with air condition, double + single bed, Shower / WC, living room with fan, refrigerator, Sat / Cable TV, Radio, verandah.
1st floor of our guesthouse has a double bed or 2 x single bed room with air condition, tv, radio and hot water shower / WC + balcony.
Additional matresses or folding beds are available, per request.
Bicyles, notebook and stroller are also for rent.
We offer softdrinks, beer and american breakfast.
Ocean Breeze Inn is in a secure and clean surrounding. Caretaker day and night on compound.
Cancellation Policy:
* Cancellations made up to 14 days in advance of arrival
- No charges will be made.
* Cancellations made on or after 14 days in advance of arrival - First night cost payable.
* Cancellations made on or after 7 days prior to arrival date- Full booking cost payable.
* Early departure - Full booking cost payable.
* No Show - Full booking cost payable.
Ocean Breeze Inn is located at Station 3 area. There are sign boards at the main road and on the beach from Arwana Hostel on along Arwana Path. But it is recommended to contact us via email around 1 week before arrival so that we forward a description how to find us or discuss details about our pick up service from from Kalibo or Caticlan Airport / Jetty port.
We also have a liason office in Manila for ticket, booking, transportation or other guest requests.
