Welcome to our hotel & hostel in Gi rdet, located in Stockholm close to the harbour, i stermalm and Djurgi rden with all its points of interests. We are easily accessible by car, bus & underground.
We offer accommodation in single rooms, double rooms and family rooms, all with WC, showers and TV. We have a fully equipped guestktichen free for all guests to use.
We offer free access to WIFI and Internet.
All our prices include sheets and towel. A nice ecological breakfastbuffe is available all days.
Reception is open between 24hrs.
Next to the hostel you will find an activity centre with bowling, pool, golf simulator, conference centre and moore. In the summer there is an outdoor swimmingpool across the street. Right outside the door you are offered a wide open spaces perfect for picnics and ball games. Strat the morning off by taking a jogg around Djurgi rden by the canal.
You will find the shopping centre Fi lti versten, with a range of over 60 different shops with in walking distance.
There is a rich variety of restaurants, museums and theatre within walking distance or by bus or underground.
Nearby youi ll find Djurgi rden with its fantastic natural environment, Kakni stornet, the Maritime Museum, and slightly further away is Skansen, Gri na Lund, Junibacken and Nationalmuseet, the list goes on and on i we can help you find your way among all the events and activities in and around Stockholm.
PLEASE NOTE: Gi rdet Youth Hostel is a IYHF-hostel. All prices are for IYHF-members.
Adult non members will be charged an additional fee of 50 SEK /night and children 25 SEK/night on arrival.
Sheets and towel is included in the price but not breakfast.
3-bedded rooms have 2 regular beds and one sofa bed!
Our family and four bedded rooms have 2 single beds and 1 fold down bed (2 single beds).

Metro: Gi rdet (T) about 1200 meters. Underground (red line towards i Ropsteni ) to Gi rdet (exit: Vi rtahamnen), 10-15 minutes walk or change to bus no 1 outside the station.
Parking: In front of hostel (limited at a charge)
Sea port: Frihamnen (Tallink) 200-300 meters Vi rtahamnen (Silja Line) 1000 meters
Rail: 5-6 min with Underground to the Central Station
Airport: Arlanda 40km - bus or train to City Centre. Skavsta 100km - bus to City Centre
