PILATES REFORMER is for everyone whether you are a complete beginner or an athlete. The exercise can benefit both women and men at all ages as it helps to build core ( abdominal and spinal) strength, tone up muscles leading to higher mobility and flexibility in the body. The reformer and movements can be modified to fit various types of body, comfort levels and physical condition.

WHAT IS PILATES REFORMER?
Pilates Reformer is an intelligent machine that works like a weight trainer using springs as a form of resistance to enable one to build strength more effectively and to tone up the body without adding bulk. It is a versatile piece of equipment on which you can lie, sit or stand to work all the various muscle groups of your body through more than 500 scientifically designed exercises.

Alcohol Policy
In up keeping with our wellness concept the resort has a no alcohol policy on its premises.

Early & Late Charges
We will accommodate any early check in and late check out on a case by case basis according to our room availability and flight timings.

Late check out charges are as follows:
Up till 3pm - No charges
From 3pm to 6pm- 50% of the room rate
Later than 6pm - full days rate

Early Departure Policy
There will be no refunds given for guest who wish to check out before their scheduled departure date.

Credit Card Guarantee Policy
The resort requires all guests to fill a credit card guarantee form upon arrival for any incidentals occurred during their stay. This only serves as a guarantee and the actual card will only be charged upon departure.

Refunds and Exchange Policy
The resort does not offer refunds for any program or treatment not taken for any reasons. Exceptions will be considered on a case by case basis due to medical reasons. The resort does not allow any exchanges of treatments unless due to medical reason and on an exception basis subject to the discretion of the management.

Smoking Policy
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A deep cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who is found to be smoking in the room. The minimum fee amount is Bt5000. However, the fee will vary depending on the room accommodation.
Guests may smoke in the allocated smoking area around the driveway.
