With its low flatness with just two floors and dynamic aluminum facade it�s ideally match in the wideness of boulevard next to it and this whole part of Novi Sad.
When designing the building, special concern was about preservation of energy and greater thermal-climatic independence of object. Heating of the water is left to solar energy. Heating and cooling of all rooms centralized and it�s done with so-called �heat pump� using the heat of underground water. Ideal functioning of these systems was allowed with the high quality building insulation which is disclosing minimum energy in the atmosphere. In this way we achieved the maximum savings of electric energy and contribute to a better preservation of the environment.
Hotel Elite Centar is modern center with capacity of 90 beds allocated in 45 comfortable rooms providing pleasant accommodation and top service for all the guest that visit Novi Sad.
