If the reservation is cancelled within 72 hours prior to arrival you will be charged 1 night stay. Same day cancellations, no shows or early check out will result in 1 night charge. The city of Constanta, once called Tomis Fortress - is situated in the south-east of Romania, on the Black Sea Shore with an area of 1121.66 sq km. At northern side of the city lies Mamaia Resort, with a beach with a total length of 6 km, east oriented, that gives you an unique opportunity to admire the sun rising from the sea. Port of Constanta, which includes Constanta North Port and Constanta South Port, is the 4th largest in Europe and is protected by breakwaters, with a lighthouse at the entrance. The Black Sea squadron of the Romanian fleet is stationed here. A large canal (the Danube-Black Sea Canal) connects the Danube River to the Black Sea at Constanta. You can easily reach Constanta or Mamaia by train, car, bus or plane, as Mihail Kogalniceanu airport is situated at only 25 km from the city. Should you arrive from Istanbul (Turkey) or from Volos (Greece), you can use the Ferryboat .
