Well-maintained 2-story home on 2.5 acres. Inside you'll feel right @ home. The home is fully stocked with all your needs. Just bring your suitcase! Beautiful, spacious yard with volley ball net, horseshoes. Wrap around deck with new gas grill, also a weber grill...charcoal & gas are provided. Walk around deck with tables & chairs. Firepit with chairs for those great bon fires! Plenty of parking (both sides of house).

Three TV's. TV up & down with Direct TV. TV in bedroom down has a VCR player in it with an abundance of videos to choose from. Wireless for your lap top. VCR & DVD players up and down. No land line but then everyone has a cell phone these days! Kitchen is fully stocked with every pot & pan, crock pots, rice cooker, blender, electric pan, electric grill, coffee pot up & down (kitchenette down with microwave also). All towels & bedding are provided. Washer & dryer. Fireplace up. Electric fireplace in recreation / craft room. Craft tables can be taken down for more sleeping space if needed.(Air bed). Some beach towels provided for hot tub. A/C in summer months. Indoor sauna in colder months. Outdoor sauna fo hot months. Hot tub is seasonal according to weather.

We don't directly offer any services but we have had a massage therapist come on site & provide services to guests @ their rate with the understanding that 20% of what they receive goes to SEH for using the property site for their service.

No smoking inside the house. Generally we have a no pet policy but have bent the rules from time to time depending if can be outside. No cats...Sorry...

SEH is a welcoming, warm home. Lots of room to move around. We are confident you will feel right @ home @ SEH! We've had a lot of return guests and enjoy meeting new guests as well. SEH is a great place for year round fun!
