Our property is located in an old and beautiful villa in the barrio of Bellavista, Santiago's bohemian district. Newly renovated, the building dates back to the 19404's and has carefully been restored, respecting its historical structure. Simultaneously, we also incorporated modern materials to guarantee a pleasant stay.
Our philosophy is to offer good accommodation alternative by creating economical and safe lodging within a relaxed and familiar atmosphere.
We believe that ample shared spaces and comfortable rooms are the key for having a pleasant stay. Our property disposes of different room types, including 4 person dorms as well as private rooms with shared or private bathroom. The free use of our shared kitchen & our spacious lounge area offers a great possibility to come together with other travellers.
We invite you to enjoy the special enchantment of this house and the surrounding neighbourhood.
There are plenty of bars, restaurants, nightlife in the neighboring barrio of Bellavista. There is the San Cristobal Hill with spectacular views over the city; Pablo Neruda museum, fine arts museum, Parque forestall, metro stations Bellas Artes, Baquedano, Patronato where you will have excellent transport to get around the city.
Furthermore, we are only a 15 minutes walk from the city centre.

In order to reach the destination, you need to follow these directions.
Bellas Artes Metro Station (line 5)
From the station's exit, take a left and walk to José Miguel de la Barra, passing Bellas Artes museum, after you need to cross the bridge onto Loreto Road. Continue to walk along this road until General Ekdhal Road, turn right here and carry on until you reach the destination.
Baquedano Metro Station (line 1)
If you arrive in Stgo. by bus, you are most likely to take this metro line! Leave station on Plaza Italia and head towards Pio Nono Bridge. Cross the bridge and walk until Antonia López de Bello. Turn left and walk down until Bombero Nuñez. Turn right here, and take the first left at General Ekdhal. Continue along this road until you reach the destination.
Patronato Metro Station (Line 2).
Once you exit the station, you need to cross the road onto Santa Filomena and head eastwards. Continue until you reach Loreto Road, and then turn right at Loreto Road. After, take the first left at General Ekdhal Road and walk along this road until you reach the destination on your left hand side.
If you're coming from the Comodoro Arturo Merino Benítez International Airport, by car, you need to follow these instructions.
1) Head south on Camino A Lampa toward Av Américo Vespucio
2) Take the ramp on the left onto Autopista Vespucio Norte Express
3) Take the exit onto Costanera Norte
4) Exit onto Av Cardenal José María Caro
5) Turn right at Puente Avenida La Paz
6) Turn right at Av Santa María
7) Turn left at Loreto
8) Turn right at General Ekdhal and the destination will be on the right hand side.
