Terrace Summer Property will be a great surprise!
After arriving at our place, a 6th floor with 2 lifts, you will be received by a welcoming team, ready to give you the best tips about what to do and where to go while in Lisbon!
Our 2 bed ( twin bed) rooms will give you the best of a budget Hotel with the mood of a youth hostel!
The 50m2 terrace with it's mesmerizing view over the river, the castle, the hills will be the perfect place to relax after a full day journey of walking around Lisbon! You can count with several subway stations, bus stops nearby and within a walking distance you'll be near Lisbon's main avenue Avenida da Liberdade, and Baixa.
Terrace Summer Property has an equipped kitchen, Living room - internet wireless, cable TV, DVD ), reception ( we can keep your luggage), a laundry area, several twin bed rooms, a fanti stic terrace (some rooms have direct connection to the terrace),2 bathrooms with Bathtub and an individual shower.

Cancellation Policy: 72 hours
There is a late check in fee of 30 euros when the check in is scheduled between 21.00 and 09:00.Delays concerning check in arrivals i from 21:00 to 09:00 - are not Lisbon4ui s responsibility and therefore will be charged with the check-in late fee.( this fee is per Room, not per guest)
How to come from the airport.
If you decide to come by bus, you can take the BUS ni 22 (the ticket is 1,40 euros), at the airport, towards the centre of Lisbon, and get out of the bus at Praca Jose Fontana. (The bus stop is in front of Liceu Camoes).
If you decide to come by taxi, the price will be more or less 7 to 8 euros.
