Ly Loan

Ly Loan is a friendly and cosy family run guesthouse that opened in 2005 and refurnished in 2009. With our clean rooms, facilities and hospitable service, you will have comfortable stay, great facilities and attentive service.

Ly Loan is located at a quiet alley off Pham Ngu Lao street, the heart of Backpackers\' area in District 1.

We have single, double, twin, triple and family rooms to suit your different needs. Every room comes with air conditioner, hot shower, bath tub, cable TV, internet cable, free wifi, fridge, ceiling fan and even a balcony! All rooms are serviced everyday and clean towels supplied daily.

- Reunification Place
- Notre Dame Church
- Main Post Office
- Banks, ATMs (Commenwealth, ANZ, HSBC, etc)
- Convenient Store open 24 hours etc...

NOTE:
- Check in time : after 12 pm (noon). You can check in before 12 pm If the room is available.

- Check out time: Before 12 pm (noon).

EXCEPTION: Should you wish to extend the check out time, addtitional charge will apply (e.g. up to 6pm on the same day, half day charge will apply)

- We will reserve the room for you up to 3 hours from the confirmed arriving time.

Directions

From Airport: For a safe and short routine, please be advised to take a metered taxi only. The most popularly and highly recommended taxi companies include VINASUN and MAI LINH. The public fee is just around 120,000 or 130,000 VND/way/taxi (approximately 7-8 US$).

Take a taxi to Pham Ngu Lao street (7km) and enter alley 241 (between Liberty 4 Hotel and ABC bakery). We are just 15 meters into the alley, turn the left and you will see us on the 1st house

From Open Tour bus or from Phnom Penh:
it takes a few minutes walk from the bus stops (on Pham Ngu Lao street) you can see the alley 241 between Liberty 4 Hotel and ABC bakery) turn into 241 alley about 2 mins and turn the left side we are on the 1st house
