Description
A visit to the Ben Maddox House is a step back in history. Built in 1876, the home is located in the historic district of Visalia only 5 blocks from downtown Main Street where specialty shops and fine restaurants flourish. Constructed of Sequoia redwood, the parlor, bedrooms and dining room remain in their original state, with 14-foot ceilings and varnished white oak floors. The front bedrooms have French doors leading to porch sitting areas.
