This new apartment has been completely refurbished and recently opened for business January 2011. This apartments location is great located in the center of Barcelona in a beautiful building ia a great neighbor hood. The apartment has 7 private rooms, 3 shared bathrooms and one private en-suite bathroom, totally new kitchen facilities and one common room where guests can meet and share there experiences of Barcelona. All rooms have air conditioning and heating, bed linens, towels, exterior window with lots of natural light.
Apt. Super Tetuan has a great location in the Barcelona center. From the apartment you walk to all the main tourist attractions. (la Rambla, Sagrada Familia, Arc de Triumf, Passiege de Gracias, Plaza Catalunya, El Borne, Central Park, Barrio Gottic, Picasso Museum, Cathedral, Bouqaria Food Market, Casa Batllo, La Pedrera, and more!) And just 70 meters from the building front door you have a metro station Tetuan which makes moving from the apartment throughout the city a breeze.

Child policy:(Children 12 yrs and younger are not allowed to stay in the apartment.)
No reception area!!! (The management office hours are Everyday from 9 am to 21 pm. It is mandatory that you call us when you arrive in Barcelona, and before you arrive to the apartment to receive your exact check in time)

Late check in charges:
25 euros (20:31 pm to 23:00 pm)
50 euros (23:01 pm to 1:00 am)
75 euros (1:01 am to 11:59 pm)

No luggage storage: (If you are leaving Barcelona after the 11 am check out time, luggage can be stored in the Sants train station or the Nord bus station.)
Cash on arrival:(The remaining balance is due on arrival in Cash Euros only! Other currencies, credit cards, or checks not accepted.)
48hrs. Cancellation policy: (Please note that cancellations must be done by email a minimum of 48hrs prior to arrival date. otherwise you will be charged the first night accommodation.)
Group Policy: (Couples only, We do not accept reservations for groups of more than 2 people.)

Take the Aerobus to Placa Catalunya. Then walk up Pg. de Gracia to Gran Via, go right. Walk 6 blocks to the corner of Paza Tetuan.
From Sants Train/Bus Station:
Take the L3 Green Metro to the metro station Catalunya. Then walk up Pg. de Gracia to Gran Via, go right. Walk 6 blocks to the corner of Plaza Tetuan.
From Estacio del Nord bus station:
Walk to Passeig San Joan and walk up 4 block to Plaza Tetuan .
