Hotel Allegro is a friendly, family-run small hotel, which has been thoughtfully refurbished: en-suite bedrooms have warm colour schemes, with lovely views of the gardens, village or lake.
The hotel is located in the centre of Tihany, one of the oldest villages in Hungary, built on the peninsula on the North side of Lake Balaton, which is famous for its Benedictine Abbey. The abbey is only 300 metres from the hotel.
We have 14 very comfortable en suite double rooms and one family suite. A separate apartment is available for four people.
Allegro Hotel has an attractive swimming pool along with two sun decks, which are ideal for reading a good book while enjoying a glass of wine.
Our roof gardens are floodlit at night.
Tihany village is on our doorstep and we are delighted to organize a hire car or taxi for guests who plan to visit the Hévíz Spa or the bird sanctuary near Keszthely.
