Dar El Yasmine is a beautifully renovated 17th Century home that once belonged to a family of wealthy traders residing in Fez, the ancient intellectual and spiritual capital of Morocco. Restored in the traditional Arabic style with ornate mosaic, marble, plaster, and wood work, Dar El Yasmine is the perfect place to rest your eyes and your feet after exploring the bustling markets and twisting streets of the Old Medina.
Join us for tea by the fountain in our inner courtyard, or take in the view of the surrounding hillsides from our rooftop terrace. Whether you seek refuge, adventure, or good conversation, Dar El Yasmine is the perfect place to begin your journey!
We have 4 suits and 2 rooms, all with private bathrooms, hot showers, and air conditioning. Enjoy complementary breakfast in the inner courtyard or on the rooftop terrace.

Check in any time, check out by 12:00.
From the airport take either a grand taxi (white Mercedes) to Bab Bou Jeloud (The Blue Gate, the main entrance to the old city) or take bus number 16 to the train station in The Ville Nouvelle and then catch a petit taxi (small red taxi that runs only inside the city) to Bab Bou Jeloud.
From the train or buss station take a petit taxi to Bab Bou Jeloud.
If you have your own car and are driving to Fez, there is parking available in Bou Jeloud Square.
Once you have arrived at Bab Bou Jeloud, enter through the main gate into the old city and veer right past shops and cafes onto Talla Sghira. Continue down on Talla Sghira into the old city for about 400 meters until you pass through a limestone archway and then take the first left onto Street Derb Ahl Tadla. A large green fountain is visible at the end of the street, we are located just to the right of the fountain.
Please call us to arrange for airport (150 DH), buss or train station pick up (45 DH), or for one of our staff to meet and guide you personally from Bab Bou Jeloud (free of charge).
