Casa Cho Juan offers two typical self-catering houses in the north of Tenerife island, in natural surroundings and overlooking the ocean. Featuring a large garden complete with solarium and terrace the Casa Cho Juan is the ideal accommodation option for families or couples looking for somewhere relaxing and romantic for their stay in Tenerife.
The houses have been traditionally decorated and are even a kind of museum in the area. Guests can enjoy use of the terrace area for barbecues in ideal surroundings.
Guests can rent both houses together if traveling with friends or a group or can choose to rent just one of them.
In Casa Cho Juan we offer:
1. Studio Apartment (listed here at the apartment) with twin room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a terrace area. The apartment can also accommodate one baby free of charge- upon request.
2. A big house (listed here as the basic apartment) which features with two bedrooms- one double and one twin, two bathrooms, a large living room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen
Breakfast is not offered, as we offer self catering accommodation. Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities required for cooking in our houses.

Babies free of charge
In the municipality of La Guancha in the north side of Tenerife, we are in the neighborhood of La Guancha de Abajo, near the church of Coromoto.
If you come from the Tenerife South airport (TFS), take the TF-1 motorway towards Santa Cruz to the exit number 6 (connection with the northern highway TF-5) (approximately 55 km). Pay attention to the exit earlier if there is traffic density. In this connection you must follow the signs to La Laguna to get to TF-5.
Once on the TF-5 motorway continue until its end (36 km) and, without deviating, continue to San Juan de la Rambla / Icod de los Vinos. After about 8 km, take the exit for La Guancha (past 1.5 km after San Juan de la Rambla).
Drive uphill for about 2 km. Passing wineries Viñátigo, turn right and then the second option that allows the right again. Finally on the left and you will see the yellow house below the church.
