- one room with a double bed (140 cm) a sofa, satellite TV, and CD player;
- an independent kitchen with all you need (electric stove and oven, microwave, fridge with freezer and washing machine);
- a bathroom with a bathtub.
In wintertime it is heated with electric heaters.

Take a look and walk in direction to the theater.
After walk about 5 minutes in Rua do Arco de Graça and the apartment will be on your left.
