Villa Al Diwan has a direct view of the Nile river, from the terrace of the villa one has a beautiful views over the Nile valley, the Theban mountains, the green fields, and the natural life around the villa. Our geographic position is absolutely exceptional, we are close to the Theban Necropolis, the world-wide renowned cultural center, just the Nile river separate us from bustling town of Luxor, which makes it so easy to reach us.

We are on the west bank of the river, it means we are about 15 kms. from down town and one need to cross the river and get in taxi or local transport to reach us. Sheraton hotel on east bank and we are opposite to it on the west bank . we can organise your transfer to the villa.
